Our Sales Team is an integral part of helping STAR fulfill it's mission of providing encouragement through Contemporary Christian music to our community. this position offers an exceptional opportunity for the right individual. Job requirements include a commitment to excellence, travel within the Cincinnati metropolitan area. Radio or advertising experience is crucial, but an innate understanding of why advertising is vital to the well-being of a business is even better. Successful candidate will excel at presenting conceptial marketing plans to local, direction decision makers as well as advertising agencies. Candidate will haev excellent prospecting skills, enjoy relationship building and be a surperb problem solver. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with computer proficiency. Base salary, plus a generous commission is provided for the right individual.
